These Terms govern your use of bookset.co ("bookset", the "Service"), operated by Authoriia ("we", "us", "our"), based in Canada. By using the Service or joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms.

bookset is currently in pre-launch. The website provides information about the upcoming product and lets you join a waitlist. Features, pricing, and availability described on the site may change before launch.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about bookset's launch, related updates, and transactional messages tied to your application. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without permission
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Authoriia is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where applicable.
